Overview:
Stream your program to up to 16 platforms simultaneously with the E3 HDMI & SDI Dual Channel Video Encoder from Kiloview. The new generation encoder features an HDMI input and loop output that can handle up to UHD 4K30 and a 3G-SDI input and loop output that supports up to 1080p60. Encoding of both inputs in H.264 and/or H.265 is possible at up to 1080p60 with multiple streaming protocols including NDI|HX2, NDI|HX3, SRT, RTMP, RTSP, UDP, and HLS.
E3 is a new-generation professional video encoder that combines powerful performance and flexibility in a compact unit. It supports HDMI input up to 4Kp30, 3G-SDI input up to 1080p60, and USB input, encoding in both H.264 (AVC) and H.265 (HEVC) formats. E3 can encode either HDMI or SDI video independently, or combine both in PIP (Picture-in-Picture) or PBP (Picture-by-Picture) modes.
Designed for professional IP-based workflows, E3 supports a comprehensive range of protocols including NDI HX3/HX2, SRT, RTMP/ RTMPS, RTSP, HLS, WHIP, TS over UDP, and RTP, with support for up to 8 concurrent streams.
H.265 Encoding with 50% Bandwidth Savings
E3 supports HEVC (H.265), enabling up to 50% lower bitrate compared to H.264 without sacrificing image quality. This reduces network load and ensures stable transmission, even under limited bandwidth conditions—while maintaining excellent visual fidelity.
Multiple Inputs, Flexible Encoding
The E3 features 4K HDMI, 3G-SDI, and USB inputs (HDMI/SDI support loop through)，enabling it to be flexibly applied in either broadcast level production or pro-AV scenarios..
E3 can support seamless switching among three inputs and encode either source independently, or it supports simultaneous encoding from both inputs up to 1080p60, even it support for PIP (Picture-in-Picture) from HDMI and SDI inputs.
Multi-Protocols, More Streams Simultaneously
E3 supports a complete range of streaming protocols including NDI HX3 / NDI HX2, SRT, RTMP / RTMPS, HLS, TS over UDP, RTSP, WHIP, and RTP. It supports up to 8 destinations simultaneously, making it possible for live production with NDI HX, remote production with SRT, live streaming with RTMP or any transmission with all different protocols at the same time.
Pro-Level Video Processing
The E3 goes beyond basic encoding—you can crop and rotate your video, making it easy to adapt footage for portrait-mode live streaming or other mobile-phone friendly use cases. It also packs pro-level features like mirroring, VU meter displays, safety area, center line, color adjustments, OSD with text, image, logo etc. Whatever your workflow demands—the E3 has the tools to make it happen.
Reliable Recording While Streaming
All inputs of E3 can be recorded in MOV/MP4 through 3 USB ports or NAS storage. It supports streaming and recording simultaneously for post-production and redundancy.
Rich USB Expanded Functionalities
In addition to accepting USB video input, E3 can also support a versatile expanded functions through USB including Tally, USB headset for Intercom, PTZ control， USB Storage or recording and other applications through its numerous USB interfaces.
Remote Centralized Management
E3 can be seamlessly connected to the KiloLink Server Pro, as long as the device is registered to the KiloLink Server Pro platform and establishes a connection, you can carry out remote centralized management, remote monitoring and control of the device including online status detection, device configuration, firmware update etc.
